2. Select a property

4. Attend the public sale
Tax deeds are sold on a public auction. Investors can buy as many tax certificates as their money allows them to. Tax certificate auctions are done at the court house and on-line. 5. Finalize your purchase
If your bid is accepted then the clerk form the court will help you finalize your purchase or your real estate agent will guide you through the this process.
